I wish I still had my Magic 8 Ball. It was a killer way to make decisions.
Does he like me? Will he ask me to dance? Should I wear my sparkly shoes?
The simplest way to know all of the universe’s plans for me.
Things have changed since then. There are some things I just know: I should ask him to dance. Always wear the sparkly shoes. Dare greatly. Live with an open, honest heart.
But I still want to ask “Work or play?” today.
Except I’d make sure that my Magic 8 Ball always answers Play.
I think that says everything, doesn’t it?

I never had a magic 8 ball, but I know the few times I ever used one they were crazy accurate. Weird how what you put out there comes back to you.
